What we believe
The search usually starts with an adult son or daughter, weeks before anyone calls. They read reviews, click ads and check the directories. More of that research now happens in ChatGPT, and the answers they get there come mostly from directories.
In July 2026 we ran 462 ChatGPT searches across 12 markets. When a family asked for the best assisted living in their city, 0% of the answers cited a community's own website. For memory care, 24% did. When the question named something specific, like a small residential home or secured late-stage dementia care, the community's own site was cited over 90% of the time.
A community that never says what makes it different gets described by a directory instead. Most of our work is making sure yours is described by you.
How it works
Outside in · free
We look at what a family sees when they search for care in your market: Google, maps, review sites, directories and ChatGPT. You get a 20 minute walkthrough and you keep the findings.
Inside out · paid
With your permission we go through your CRM, your move-in sources and your follow-up. It ends with findings, a recommendation and three ways to work together.
What the Diagnostic coversMonthly
Ads, listings, reviews, content and tracking run every month. Each month you get one report in your numbers: inquiries, tours, move-ins and what each source cost.
See the three optionsThe problem we work on
Every move-in that comes through a referral site costs a fee and builds nothing you own. The communities that stay full own the path from a family's first search to the tour.
Your website, Google profile and listings say what your care is like in plain detail, so search engines and AI answers describe you in your words.
Google, Meta and Bing campaigns reach the families searching near you, inside Meta's housing ad rules, and are judged by tours.
Calls and forms are tracked into your CRM, and tours and move-ins are sent back to Google, so budget moves toward the sources that fill rooms.
Social media
Before a daughter books a tour, she wants to know what a Tuesday afternoon looks like for her mother. Who leads the activities, what's for lunch, whether the residents look happy. Your website and Google profile can describe it. Social media shows it.
That makes social part of what you sell. An owner-run community has real people and real days to show, and a chain's stock photos can't compete with that.
We post the activities, meals, celebrations and staff that make your community yours, with permission from residents and families. Meta's housing rules limit how ads are targeted. They don't limit what you post.
Built for your size

A note from Austin
For more than ten years I ran calls for seniors in crisis. Usually there was a family in the room who knew Mom or Dad needed more help. They just didn't know where to go, and nothing they found online told them what the care was like.
The job also took me inside small residential homes, care homes and large communities. I saw how much the care varies from one place to the next.
So we only take on a community if I'd want my own family living there. Budget doesn't change that, and neither does how many of our services you buy. I want to sleep well at night knowing the families we reach end up in a place where love and care come before profit.
